At Herb Shop & Organic Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural wellness journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within the 30-day return window to qualify for a refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items including the original invoice and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
